About Divorce Mediator Attorney Judith R. Kaplan

Judith R. Kaplan is a well-respected professional Massachusetts divorce mediation attorney who is very passionate about providing superior divorce mediation and family law mediation services to her clients. Her compassion, dedication to high professional standards and work ethics, and her working knowledge of what judges require and expect in settlements are the main reasons she receives referrals from former clients, attorneys, accountants and therapists. She is efficient and has a proven track record.

She helps couples identify and resolve issues involving: parenting challenges, child support, legal custody, alimony, mortgage refinancing and basic tax considerations as they pertain to property and debt settlements. Ultimately, she seeks to empower each couple to make their own decisions and own the terms of their mediated Massachusetts divorce settlement. This requires consistent communication and timely responses to her clients’ inquiries and concerns.

Testimonial:

"During each session, Judy was able to guide us back to where we needed to be when things started going off track. She made me feel heard and comfortable throughout. Having just finished the process, both of us are happy with our agreement and felt supported by Judy the entire way through. Thank you Judy for helping us through this difficult time, we couldn't have done it without you."
